Design
Following our consultation, I'll craft an initial sketch, awaiting your insights to tailor the design to your vision. With your feedback in mind, I'll refine the sketch into a full-sized drawing, often referred to as the cartoon, serving as the blueprint for bringing your stained glass window to life. Your insights are instrumental in ensuring the artwork aligns precisely with your vision.
Creating
Choosing the right glass makes all the difference. Your input into this part of the process is always welcome! Glass offers an extraordinary palette of color, texture, and opacity. With your guidance, I carefully select each piece to capture the essence of your vision. Factors like light penetration, placement within the home, and privacy requirements influence my choices. With meticulous cutting and shaping, I begin fitting all the pieces together, akin to putting together an intricate puzzle. Employing various techniques like fusing and painting, I can add precise details or introduce special elements like bevels and jewels, infusing spaces with added sparkle.
Installing
The culmination of the process is the installation phase. Whether you opt for the window to be hung within the existing frame or prefer a more permanent installation, the choice is entirely yours. I'm here to guide you through the decision-making process, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with your preferences and needs. Your satisfaction and confidence in the outcome are always my top priorities.
