People often ask if I teach classes but since I stay pretty busy with commissions, it’s hard to find the time for classes. However I will be open on Saturdays from Thanksgiving to Christmas so I decided to offer the opportunity for people to work with me one on one to create something unique either to give as a gift or keep for themself. Depending on what someone wants to make, I’ll figure out how long it will take and the cost. Options range from a simple ornament that can be personalized with colors, shapes, and even photographs to something more involved, like a fused glass dish. This experience allows people to make something with their own hands and creativity and it’s suitable for ages 10 and up. I have sample pieces to help get the ideas flowing but I am looking forward to helping people make something special, customized to their personal interests.
